SharonRunner_home1Commonsense leadership, transparent governance, and representation that places hard-working families, quality schools, and job opportunities before political games: all things we deserve from our elected officials, but something that has been lost on many of Sacramento’s politicians.

I am proud to say that as your Representative, these are the principles in which I govern each day, and the guidelines in which I base my decisions to benefit our communities. Together, we are taking strides to make our neighborhoods safer, incentivize investment to create quality jobs, and save taxpayer dollars by exposing and eliminating bureaucratic loopholes.

As your State Senator, I want to ensure families, residents, and students are provided with opportunities to use their skills and strengthen our economy while improving their own quality of life. I have always called our region home, and I hope that we can continue fighting for our region and making sure that our hard work builds the foundation for a stronger future.

Had a great turnout at my press conference this morning introducing Senate Bill 57, my new measure to help keep dangerous felons off our streets.
